Dec 17th: 'Afterword to The Temptation of Saint Anthony'

Our final meeting of 2014 is on December the 17th. We will be reading Foucault's 'Afterword to The Temptation of Saint Anthony '. Introducing the text will be Ryan Topper, PhD student in the School of English and co-director of Quilting Points. Dec 3: "What is Enlightenment?"

In our next meeting we will discuss Michel Foucault's "What is Enlightenment?" alongside Immanuel Kant's "An Answer to the Question: What is Enlightenment?" Dr. Simon Swift (Senior Lecturer in Critical and Cultural Theory) will introduce our discussion. The links to the readings can be found here: " What is Enlightenment?
